Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require a minimum notice of 24 hours for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for either cancellations or for any services and products already provided or purchased.
Product Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed in instances of allergic reactions. Additionally, defective products can be swapped for the same item within a 7-day period.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment duration will be reduced accordingly, ending at the originally scheduled time.
Support Animals: Guests accompanied by a support animal are welcome, provided a valid certification is presented at the spa.
Children at the Spa: We generally recommend a quiet, individual spa experience. However, we understand the challenges of arranging childcare. Children are permitted, but we ask that you consider the tranquil nature of the spa environment.
