Please review before launch
This statement describes the site as built. It has not yet been audited by a third party, and no formal WCAG conformance level is claimed. An independent audit before launch is the right next step, and this page should be updated with its findings.

Accessibility Features
The site is built to be used with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, and at whatever text size your browser is set to. In practice that means:
- Every page has one heading structure, in order, so a screen reader can be used to navigate rather than read straight through.
- Images carry descriptions of what is actually in them. Decorative images are marked as decorative so they are skipped rather than announced.
- Controls are real buttons and links, reachable by keyboard and labelled for screen readers — including the ones that are only an icon.
- Text sits on its background at a contrast we have chosen rather than inherited, and the layout reflows rather than breaking when text is enlarged.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the site honours it: animations land on their final state instead of playing.
- Videos never play sound unless you press play, and the two background films carry no audio at all.
Known Limitations
We would rather name the gaps than claim there are none. As it stands:
- The client films have no captions or transcripts yet. Anyone who is deaf or hard of hearing cannot currently get what is in them. Captions are the single most useful thing we can add next.
- The two background films autoplay and loop. They are silent and decorative, but there is no control to stop them unless you turn on seizure safety or your device asks for reduced motion.
- Booking happens on Acuity Scheduling, a third-party service we do not control. Its accessibility is theirs, not ours. If you cannot complete a booking there, call us and we will book it for you.
- No independent accessibility audit has been carried out yet.
Visit Accommodations
If there is anything that would make your visit easier — step-free access, extra time, a quieter appointment, coming in with someone, or anything we have not thought of — tell us when you book and we will arrange it. You do not need to explain why.
Report an Accessibility Issue
If a page, a control, or a document gets in your way, we want to know. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened, and what you were using if you know it — browser, screen reader, phone or computer. That detail saves a lot of guesswork.
Email Info@oramedicalspa.com, call 850-501-3350, or use the contact form. We read everything that comes in, and we will tell you what we are going to do about it rather than leaving you wondering.
